1. You must be a member of COTE. Please submit application on the website.

2. Two items can be checked out per member at a time.

3. The item is checked out to you for 1 month, to be brought back to the closest calendar event that the member is attending.

4. Renewals are available if no one is waiting for that item.

5. If an item is damaged or lost, replace the item or pay the cost to replace the resource.
