Mission Statement:

We in Churchill Community Childcare intend to provide a quality preschool service to the families and children in Churchill and the surrounding areas.

Our aims & objectives:

1. We have staff that are experienced, trained and qualified in the childcare field.

2. We will try to ensure that our staff team can attend in-service training to keep them up to date with best practice in childcare.

3. We will provide a safe but stimulating environment for our children.

4. We will furnish the environment with developmentally appropriate toys and equipment and ensure that these are maintained and replaced (funding permitting) as necessary.

5. We will treat all families who come to us with dignity and respect and strive to meet equally the needs of all the children in our care.

6. We will work in partnership with parents recognizing and respecting that they are the first educators of their child.

7. We will work with all other professionals as required in the best interests of the children in our care.
