Membership is just $8 for the whole year!
There are 3 ways to sign up:

Pay using PayPal (link to paypal is shown after submitting form) or send $8/member to school office
Fill out this membership form and send it along with $8/member to the school office.
If paying by check, make payable to Churchill Hoover PTA
Sign up in person at one of our meetings
