2. 预备所有报名者的个人资料（例如：中英文姓名、出生日期、联络方式、护照号码及有效日期、等资料）。

3. 若您入境马来西亚需要签证，请自行办理。

• 在网上提交报名表格后须缴清所有款项，才算完成报名程序。

• 若您无法上网报名，请预先选择您的房间组合并且预备所有报名者的个人资料，然后到服务台寻求帮助。

付款方式：

请在网上提交报名表格后前往服务台支付营费。

1. 现金（请准备确切的付款金额）或

2. 支票（支票抬头：St. Andrew's Cathedral Mandarin Congregation）或

3. PayNow QR 码 （请到服务台扫描 PayNow QR 码支付）

• 每间房只需注册者 (Main Registrant) 1人到服务台为所有同房的报名者支付营费。

• 支付营费时，请报上您独特的报名号码 (Unique Registration Number, eg. CC1)。这号码可从网上报名后发给注册者的电邮取得。

• Adult (成人) charges apply to children 12 years old or above.

• Child (小孩) charges apply according to the child's exact Date of Birth:

  • Eg. 1 - If your child's 12th birthday falls on/before 11 Jun 2023, he/she will be considered an "adult" and charges apply accordingly. 

  • Eg. 2 - If your child's 5th birthday falls on/after 12 Jun 2023, he/she will be considered as being below 5 (未满5岁小孩) and charges apply accordingly. 

• Transport fee is S$30/person (adult or child). Infants under 24 months will not be allocated seats (must be carried by an adult), and are not required to pay the transport fee.

• If self-driving, please note that parking at Thistle JB is chargeable at RM5.00 per entry.

1. Select your room type carefully. 

2. Have the personal particulars of ALL registrants ready (For eg. full names in English & Mandarin, dates of birth, contact information, passport numbers and expiry dates, etc).

3. Registrants are responsible for their own Visa application.

• If you are unable to register online, please select your room type and have the required personal particulars on hand, before heading to the service desk (服务台) to seek assistance.

• Please quote the Unique Registration Number (eg. CC1) of your booking when making payment. The Number can be found in the email sent to the Main Registrant following the submission of the online booking form.
