Chura liya hai tumne jo dil ko, translates to English as you have stolen this heart... It is a Hindi song from the 1973 film Yaadon Ki Baaraat, and sung by Mohammad Rafi and Asha Bhosle. At first, the lyrics sound almost like marriage nuptials. Although the song is in Hindi, it makes better sense to me with Urdu meanings for some reason. In Urdu speaking places nazar churaana can mean shame, and therefore, nazar nahin churana, can mean no need to be shameful (maehjuub). These are essentially couplets which lead to the chorus; hence you need to read both lines to make sense of the complete verse.

Ho le liya dil, ho hai mera dil, is where he is teasing her by using the term dil (heart) twice. The first dil refers to the actual heart, but the second dil refers to the person who has taken it. Here I use the term sweet-heart to make a distinction.
