User-Generated Content:Â Images: Photos you upload for "Lost and Found" items or "Accommodations."
Descriptions: Text you provide regarding items, housing, or student group links.
Technical Data: Basic device information (OS version) to ensure app stability.
2. Feature-Specific Data Practices
Admission: This section is informational only. We display document requirements for admissions. We do not collect or store any personal academic documents.
Lost and Found / Accommodations: Images and descriptions you post are visible to other verified students.
Group Links: Users are responsible for the privacy of external groups they link to.
3. Purpose of Data Collection
We process your data to verify your identity through Google, allow you to manage your posts, and maintain a safe, verified student environment.
4. Data Sharing and Security
No Sales: We never sell your personal data.
Security: We use industry-standard encryption. Images are stored on secure servers.
5. Data Deletion & User Rights
We respect your right to control your data. You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data (including your profile information and all uploaded images) at any time.
