This was with the Centre of Excellence for Robotic Vision, ANU node. The aim was to develop an imaging system that effectively detects water hazards for autonomous vehicles as well as driver assistance.

This is a collaboration with Australian National Insect Collection to digitise insects in 3D. Mesh models of 8 insects are available for free download. In 2014 , the project led to an ACT iAward in R&D. I also collaborated with science artist Dr Eleanor Gates-Stuart in using insect models in her Canberra Centenary project, StellrScope .
This project was a collaboration with the High Resolution Plant Phenomic Centre in Canberra. I made major contributions to camera calibration and 3D reconstruction pipeline of PlantScan. I designed and built Mini PlantScan.
This project was with Microsoft Research in Cambridge UK. I discovered the role of sensor noise in KinectFusion method and modelled the noise to improve the accuracy of 3D reconstruction and camera tracking.
