2.8t Full Metal Intake v2

This all aluminum intake kit replaces the stock airbox and intake piping with aluminum counterparts. Changing out the stock airbox, plastic tubing and rubber components for aluminum greatly increases the sound from your turbo allowing you to actually hear what's going on under your engine bay. In addition to increased turbo whistle, the discharge from the BVP is amplified.

The v2 intake is now 3.5" diameter vs the 3.0 of the old kit. The new intake also integrates the maf housing in to the intake tube instead of keeping the factory maf housing and no longer requires notching the radiator core support brace to clear the tube. Finally, the v2 kit also now comes with a heat shield and air filter, powdercoated your choice of colors.

This intake does not include a hookup for the SAI air pump. It is expected that SAI will be removed (as it should on any performance car), however, you can remove the sai inlet hose when removing the old intake by gently pulling up with no adverse side effects.
