Welcome to ChubbyTabs! By purchasing and using the ChubbyTabs Pro Chrome Extension (the "Software"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
ChubbyTabs is a "local-first" application. This means all of your data—including workspaces, saved tabs, image clippings, and notes—is stored locally entirely on your own device within your browser's storage.
No Data Sync/Servers: We do not host, sync, or possess your data on our servers.
Automated Backups: You are highly encouraged to use the built-in "Automated Backup" feature or manually export your data.
Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall the creators of ChubbyTabs be held liable for any loss of data, loss of business, or damages arising from the use of this Software, hardware failure, browser crashes, or accidental uninstallation. You are solely responsible for keeping backups of your data.
When you purchase a "Lifetime" Pro license for ChubbyTabs, this grants you access to all current and future Pro features of the Software for the lifetime of the product.
It does not guarantee that the product will be maintained, updated, or supported indefinitely until the end of time.
If the product is eventually discontinued or the underlying browser technologies change in a way that makes the extension inoperable, your lifetime license will cease to be active.
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.
All payments are securely processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing through Lemon Squeezy, you also agree to their terms of service and privacy policy.
We offer a standard refund window (typically 14 days) through the Lemon Squeezy platform if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
Your license key is for individual use. You may activate it on your personal devices. Publicly sharing, selling, or distributing your license key is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate revocation of your license without a refund.
Technical support is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific response times or that every feature request or bug can be addressed.
