Some pictures from my 20s, showing how my appearance changed over time. Don't mind the shitty photo quality and resizing artifacts, they won't hurt you.
At age 27, I started looking into plastic surgery, and then I pulled the trigger at 29. My initial goals were bigger eyes, narrower nose, and slimmer jawline. I then learned about fat grafting and thought that would be good to bring harmony to my facial features.
BEFORE EVERYTHING, December (?) 2019. ANDROID front camera. I had inadvertently lost about 15 pounds in 2 weeks the previous month
Here are all the procedures that I had done. Everything except nose was done at Wannabe. Nose was done at Dr. Jin Premium Nose Clinic
EYES: incisional double eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, medial epicanthoplasty
FAT GRAFT: forehead, temples, frontal cheek, chin
UNDEREYE: fat repositioning
JOWLS/JAW LINE: Accusculpt, threadlift (8 Mint threads), masseter muscle botox
NOSE: rhinoplasty with dorsum augmentation and tip projection using autologous rib cartilage
Feb 26th and Feb 27th, day 1 and 2 after eyes, fat graft, Acculift/threadlift. No nose surgery yet. This is from before I figured out my selfie-taking strategy. ANDROID back camera
Feb 29th, day 4 after eyes, fat graft, Acculift/threadlift. ANDROID front camera

Lower cheeks/jowls are still numb and swollen.
Nose is starting to deswell but puffs up if I bend over slightly or lift anything. Hit myself in the nose while trying to get dressed this morning :^)
Eyes are much improved but still a bit puffy. I seem to be losing eyelashes at an alarming rate
Left cheek hurts when I smile, probably from the threadlift. Can't really make many facial expressions yet
March 12th, day 10 after rhino, day 16 after eyes, fat graft, acculift/threadlift. ANDROID back camera
just woke up, thought I'd try some eyeliner and back camera. i think i look alot like my old self in frontal
eyelids and nose still puffy, nose leaks a couple times a day
jawline still numb and puffy, still can't smile (DON'T MISS IT ANYWAY HAHAHA)
costal cartilage harvest site still tender, skin feels flat but feels like there's a pea-sized bump underneath the skin
jetlagged to hell and back
March 19th, day 17 after rhino, day 23 after eyes, fat graft, acculift/threadlift, ANDROID front camera
nose still vaguely painful/swollen, i feel like one side is more swollen than the other
my eyes did end up evening out. shoutout to Dr. Chang of Wannabe
jowls still a little bit swollen and numb/painful. no lumps though
rib cartilage harvest site still painful but slowly improving. i did a pullup today
still giving nose more time but i still worry that it'll end up being too big for my face and i'll have to get a revision ... >_<
March 31st, April 5th, April 8th: 4-5 weeks after rhino, 5-6 weeks after eyes and face, ANDROID back camera
swelling still varies by day and time of day, I think?
overall physical condition much improved- able to run and do calisthenics without chest pain. i can do 4 pullups again!
left side of face is larger than the other, most noticeable when i smile. left side was where i had the most painful pulling from the threadlift. hopefully this is just due to swelling and will even out over time
starting to get sensation back on the dorsum and tip of my nose; it's starting to "feel" like my own nose again, though I still feel like it's too big for my face
got hit in the nose twice in the previous weeks :( I think that my nose is a bit crooked, maybe from the time someone startled me at work and I hit myself on the side of the nose with my headphones, really hard. Sad times but I try not to fixate on it.
Compared to photos of myself from my early 20s, I actually feel like I look much better in photos today than I did back then. But I also wonder if it's just a tendency to look better in photographs because I have more dimension to my face, while it may not look as good in-person. Scared to ask my friends for their honest opinions :^)
May 17th, 2020: 11 weeks after eyes, 10 weeks after nose
oh shit guys here's an update
nose is still slowly deswelling, i think. frontal view shows more definition. i feel that the degree of swelling still varies substantially by time of day, exercise, diet, alcohol intake, whether i slept propped up or flat on my back, etc. lighting also plays a big role in how it appears in photos
nose asymmetry is reduced; i think i have more swelling on one side due to violently hitting myself in the face with my headphones two months ago. i've only gotten hit twice in the nose in the last two weeks!
nose tip might have dropped a bit. it's still insensitive to touch, and the skin in that area has a tendency to get dry
eye incision sites are very faint now, barely noticeable unless you're explicitly looking for them. thanks dr. chang
tear duct/trough area still feels a bit numb.
had a short recurrence of chest pain at rib cartilage harvest site, unsure of cause, but resolved on its own after painfully clutching my ribs for two days
fun fact: i gained 10 pounds since having the surgery due to some combination of trying to maintain weight to in an effort to help the grafted fat survive and also due to shelter-in-place laziness
i should probably stop drinking to reduce inflammation but there's not alot to do YA KNOW
August 21st, 2020: 5.5 months after everything
IS THERE ANY CHANGE? MAYBE! MAYBE NOT!
I really want a pair of those flip-up sunglasses
still bad at selfies
still bad at makeup (only wearing yesterday's eyeliner)
