Industrial Visit to Setel

As Project Director for the Setel Industrial Visit, I initiated and coordinated the collaboration with Setel’s Talent Attraction team, co-planning the agenda through virtual meetings and aligning visit activities with student learning objectives. My key responsibilities included managing sponsorship arrangements, securing transportation by booking a bus to the venue, and executing cross-campus marketing to attract participants from universities across Malaysia. This project strengthened my leadership, industry partnership outreach, event planning, and student engagement capabilities.

Workshop at Apple Store

Organized a hands-on coding workshop in collaboration with Apple as part of the "Today at Apple" initiative. Guided students through Swift Playgrounds to develop their first app, fostering creativity and technical skills. Managed event logistics, including speaker coordination and technical setup, ensuring a seamless learning experience. Led promotional efforts to maximize participation and engagement. Facilitated interactive discussions, Q&A sessions, and networking opportunities to enhance learning outcomes.

Delulu Hackathon x Paynet

I served as Event Support & Sponsorship Coordinator for Delulu Hack X PayNet. I supported all operational roles as a flexible backup to ensure smooth event flow and alignment with the program agenda. I coordinated sponsor touchpoints, assisted with logistics, and managed venue operations since the hackathon was hosted at our university. My role involved on-ground troubleshooting, team coordination, and maintaining a positive participant and sponsor experience throughout the event.

Technovation 2024

Volunteered as an Event Crew Team Lead for Technovation 2024 (FYP Showcase), ensuring smooth event execution by assisting presenters, managing event flow, and supporting moderators and special guests. Responsibilities included booth setup, guiding teams, coordinating refreshments, and facilitating award presentations. Contributed to a successful event experience by providing logistical support and ensuring a seamless agenda execution.

Build With AI x Google

Participated in the Build With AI x Google program and actively explored collaboration opportunities for DevFest 2025. We offered our university as a potential venue, and although the proposal wasn't selected, it was a valuable learning experience in outreach, event planning, and partnership communication.

Invited a professional from the cybersecurity industry virtually to give a small talk about her journey from a fresh graduate to a cybersecurity analyst.

Assisted with the speaker in technical setup. Assisted attendees in resolving setup issues and understanding the LinkedIn and Portfolio usage.
