an urban campus incubator with innovative architecture to catalyze talent development
In this thesis explores the transformative potential of architectural solution in catalyzing talent development and innovation in Johor Bahru. Through the concept of "Magnetite,“ a naturally occurring magnetic mineral serves as an analogy for the proposed project aims to discover and nurture potential talent, positioning Johor Bahru as a center for entrepreneurial excellence.

The architectural design seamlessly integrates form and function, leveraging the natural contours of the site to create a continuous ramp walkway. This massive walkway not only across both ends without interruption from ground level traffic but also allowing people to traverse various levels of the building seamlessly.
