Who Are We?
We are Chapter 2912 of the Tri-M Music Honor Society, a program of the National Association for Music Education (NAfME). Students in grades 10 through 12 can be inducted into the honor society. Students must apprentice for one year and must earn all of the points required of them to be inducted and become a member of the honor society.
All Tri-M Music Honor Society students are carefully selected on the basis of scholarship, character, leadership, and service.

Our History
Our History
The name Tri-M was derived from the original name of the honor society, Modern Music Masters, which first began in 1936 outside of Chicago. In 1983, the organization became a program of the Music Educators National Convention, and the new name was officially adopted.
