What is DECA?
DECA is a student-centered organization designed to prepare emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management in high schools and colleges worldwide. Our goal is to prepare the next generation to be academically prepared, community-oriented, professionally responsible, experienced leaders.

It’s a really great experience. One of Mr. Greaven’s favorite selling points is in all the years that CSouth has had a DECA Chapter, there has never been a student go to a competition and regret that choice later.

You can practice key leadership skills, such as goal setting, team building, and project management. More than 225,000 high school members in 5,000 classrooms in 3,500 schools worldwide are preparing for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality, management, and entrepreneurship.
