Trade School

College may not be what you want, which is okay. Trade schools offer excellent programs that train you in an area and assist you with transitioning into that field's workforce.

Here are some trade programs to consider and look into!

• Porter and Chester—They have programs in automotive, computer, healthcare, electrical, and other fields. Their campuses are in Bridgeport, Hamden, New London, and Waterbury.

• Lincoln Tech—This school offers programs in automotive, health science, cosmetology, informational tech, and other fields. Its campuses are in New Britain, Shelton, and East Windsor.

• NETTTS- Obtain your CDL and HVAC certification. It is located right here in Bridgeport!
