Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the ChronoScape app (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices, created by Czechner Ince EV (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as an ad-supported service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before use. Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of it, or our trademarks is prohibited. You may not attempt to extract the source code, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider aims to keep the Application useful and efficient, but reserves the right to modify it or charge for services at any time and for any reason. Any charges will be clearly communicated before being applied.
The Application allows users to transform images into various historical or stylistic “eras” using artificial intelligence. To perform these transformations, the Application transmits your image securely to a remote server operated by the Service Provider.
This server uses the Stability AI API for image generation and transformation.
Images are processed in-memory and are not stored permanently by the Service Provider or Stability AI, except temporarily for the time required to complete processing.
By using the Application, you consent to this temporary transmission and processing.
AI Output Disclaimer:
AI-generated results may sometimes contain visual inaccuracies, distortions, or unexpected elements. While we strive for accuracy and realism, the Service Provider is not responsible for the factual accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
The Application stores and processes personal data you provide to deliver its services. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your access to the Application. Jailbreaking or rooting your device is strongly discouraged, as it may compromise security and affect functionality.
Account and Data Deletion:
You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. To request deletion, contact us at ince.czechner@gmail.com. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe and confirm once deletion is complete.
The Application uses third-party services that have their own Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to:
Google Play Services
AdMob
Google Analytics for Firebase
Firebase Crashlytics
Some Application features require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of connectivity or data allowance. If used outside your home territory, you may incur roaming charges.
It is your responsibility to ensure your device is charged and functioning. The Service Provider is not responsible for any issues arising from device battery depletion or malfunction.
While the Service Provider aims to keep the Application up to date, it relies on third parties for certain information and services. The Service Provider accepts no liability for loss resulting from reliance on Application functionality. The Application may require updates to remain compatible with your device’s operating system, and you agree to install such updates when offered.
The Service Provider may terminate or suspend access to the Application at any time, without prior notice. Upon termination, your rights to use the Application will end and you must delete it from your device.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
