In accordance with [REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10173] AN ACT PROTECTING INDIVIDUAL PERSONAL INFORMATION IN INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS IN THE GOVERNMENT AND THE PRIVATE SECTOR, CREATING FOR THIS PURPOSE A NATIONAL PRIVACY COMMISSION, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES shall protect personal information of owners of information.

Privacy Policy – Information Collection

Your privacy is extremely important to us.

We follow a strict no-logs policy, which means we do not collect telemetry or any other data related to your activity. We will only request personal information if it is absolutely necessary, and we never sell or share your personal data with third parties.

All data used by the app is stored locally on your device for functionality purposes, and we do not have access to it. Your location is also stored only on your device and is shared exclusively with weather or tide service providers to retrieve accurate data for your area. We do not have access to this information.

Permissions Used in Our Apps / Watchfaces

Activity Recognition

• Used to display your step count.

Body Sensors

• Required to access the heart rate sensor and show your heart rate.

Access Fine/Coarse Location

• Used to obtain your last known location, which is sent to the weather provider to retrieve current weather conditions for your area.

Access Network State

• Allows the app to check your internet connectivity before requesting weather data.

Internet

• Required to access the internet and download weather and location data. No other information is transmitted.

Vibrate

• Used to provide tactile feedback when buttons are pressed.

Wake Lock

• Necessary for watchfaces and to wake your smartwatch when editing watchface settings through the Android companion app.

Foreground Service

• Prevents the app from being terminated by the operating system. You may also need to manually remove the app from any battery optimization settings.

Please note that this Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any changes.

An owner of information may inquire of the personal information protection manager and the department in charge of personal information protection about any inquiries, handling of complaints, remedies for damage, etc. that have occurred while using CHRONOHARVEST services (or business). CHRONOHARVEST will promptly respond to and process any inquiries from the owner of the information.
