By downloading, accessing, or using ChronaFace - Live Watch Face (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
Copy, modify, or distribute any content without permission
All content in the App, including watch face designs, graphics, and features, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
We offer the following auto-renewable subscription options:
Weekly Subscription
Monthly Subscription
Yearly Subscription
The exact pricing, billing cycle, and applicable taxes (if any) will be clearly displayed within the App at the time of purchase.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase via the Apple App Store.
All payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not collect or store any payment information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
If a free trial is offered:
It will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends
Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon subscription purchase
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID settings:
Open Settings
Tap your Apple ID
Tap Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
No refunds will be provided for unused portions
All billing and refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.
By subscribing, you will gain access to premium features, including but not limited to:
Unlock premium watch faces
Access a large and diverse collection of designs
Regular updates with new watch face content
High-quality exclusive styles
Sync watch faces to Apple Watch
Content and features may be updated, modified, or improved over time.
Some features may vary depending on device compatibility and system version.
The App and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully compatible with all devices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be made available within the App and will take effect upon posting.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion if users violate these Terms.
