A developer version of Flash must be installed in order to run Flash with Chrome - Flash Edition (and other Chromium projects that don't have it included). You can find that here. After December 31, 2020, the latest version will be uploaded via Google Drive.

Note: The latest version links are full installers, you can find the .zip and SFX archives in the list views.
There is no Android version available (And never will, because Adobe's ToS says that it must be installed on a PC). A release for Chrome OS (or Linux) is being developed.
