My teaching Philosophy:

Classroom teaching is always a challenging task, especially during COVID where online teaching is a new norm. I viewed this task as a two-way process, not only to deliver knowledge to students but also to continue improving my teaching skills through feedback from the students.
I favour classroom dynamics that permit dialogues and encouraging students to think critically. I always provide extra consultation sessions to students and during these consultation sessions, students are more willing to share their opinions and ask questions.
