I am so excited (!!!) to be developing new materials as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the National Renewable Energy Lab (NREL)! My goal is to help make better batteries, semiconductors, and magnets. That goal is more deeply motivated by my drive to help people live happier lives. Clean energy systems will enable humanity to flourish.
Prior to my postdoctoral research at NREL, I earned my PhD in Materials Chemistry at Colorado State University. My primary expertise is in the synthesis of ceramic powders and characterization of those inorganic solids via X-ray diffraction and various spectroscopic techniques.
