I am a Professor of Finance at the University of Colorado Boulder's Leeds School of Business. I am also the Faculty Director of the CU Real Estate Center (CUREC) and of the MS in Real Estate (MSRE) program. My research interests include alternative investments, real estate, household finance, and financial history. I have published in journals such as American Economic Review, Journal of Finance, Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Financial Economics, Management Science, and Review of Asset Pricing Studies. I am an Associate Editor at Management Science.
