How do credits work?
Credits are used to generate AI content. Each feature costs a different amount:
• Photo Transformer: 2 credits
• Santa Video: 5 credits
• Card Maker: 2 credits
• Elf Dance: 3 credits
How do I get more credits?
• Purchase credit packs from the Credits screen
• Watch rewarded ads to earn 1 free credit (up to 5 per day)
• New users receive 3 free credits upon registration
Why is my generation taking long?
AI processing can take 30-60 seconds depending on the complexity. Please be patient and don't
close the app during generation.
Can I get a refund?
Credit purchases are non-refundable as they are consumable items. If you experience technical
issues, please contact us.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data.
My photo didn't upload. What should I do?
• Check your internet connection
• Make sure the photo is under 10MB
• Try a different photo format (JPG, PNG)
