October 2024: The Second Annual Conference of the European Network of Labor Market Institutions (ELMI) took place in Brussels with members of several DGs.

April 2024: Upcoming keynotes in April/May: the first one at the Workshop on Labor Economics organized by IAAEU at the University of Trier; the second on at the Workshop "Labour Market Demand: Economic and Social Risks" organized by the Horizon Europe Project WeLaR at IBS in Warsaw; and the third one at the "4th Annual Workshop for Women in Macroeconomics, Finance and Economic History" organized by DIW in Berlin and the final one (for now) at the "Research Day" organized by the Doctoral Training Unit (Graduiertenkolleg) Regional Disparities in Essen.
January 2024: I was invited as an expert for the Sounding Board on the Integration of Ukrainian Refugees ("Integrationsturbo") initiated by the Federal Government of Germany.
January 2024: I will become a co-editor of Labour Economics starting April 2024.
January 2024: I gave a lecture at the 17th Winter School in Canazei (Val die Fassa) on Inequality about "AI and the Labor Market". Great snow and fantastic skiing is included!
October 2023: The inaugural workshop of the ELMI network on Skills for the Future: Navigating the digital, green and social transition took place. Two intensive days full of new research on the various challenges and their labor market consequences from all over Europe. David Hemous and myself delivered the keynotes.

September 2023: Talk and Chairing a session of ELMI network members at the EALE (European Association of Labor Economists) Meeting in Prague.
