I love spending hours in the kitchen working with my hands and enjoy opportunities to put my creativity and attention to detail to use. Attending pastry school has given me the opportunity to craft celebration cakes, chocolate and sugar showpieces, breads and rolls, entremets, pies, tarts, teacakes, cookies, and new recipes for others to enjoy!
