Principles such as being on a good schedule, budgeting/saving/investing, public speaking, controlling your emotions, along with other aspects of emotional intelligence, etc., are more determinative of someone's level of success.

Leadership Programs can be expensive. A leadership camp can be as thousands for a few weeks only. A leadership workshop can be a couple hundred for a weekend. Online programs can be hundred but not even include coaching. And personal mentors can also be very costly per month.
