A selection of comics Christian has created. He is currently working on the graphic novel "Cuerdos" and the picture book "The First Man."

Desde pequeño creció leyendo manga, siendo gran aficionado de autores japoneses como Akira Toriyama (Dragon Ball, Teatro Manga, Dr. Slump), Katsuhiro Ōtomo (Akira, La leyenda de madre Sarah) o Yukito Kishiro (Alita, Ángel de combate).

Esto le llevó a comenzar muy pronto a realizar sus propios cómics. Llegando a ser finalista en varios certámenes en su adolescencia, como el Certamen de Jóvenes Creadores de la Comunidad de Madrid.

Su afición por contar historias le llevó a dedicarse profesionalmente al mundo audiovisual, dejando los cómics por un tiempo, hasta que en 2014 entró en el estudio de animación Ilion Animation Studios, y allí conoció al ilustrador Jorge Santamaría (dibujante de Marvel) con quién trabajó en la película "El parque mágico" (2019).

En esa época realizó un curso sobre el proceso de crear cómics que impartía Paco Roca, con ello, se animó a volver a contar historias en este formato, siendo la primera de ellas el cómic "Chivato", que había nacido como guion de cortometraje y se materializó en el cómic que pueden ver en esta página.

Trabaja tanto con Photoshop como con Clip Studio Paint para realizar sus cómics.

From a young age, he grew up reading manga, becoming a big fan of Japanese authors like Akira Toriyama (Dragon Ball, Manga Theater, Dr. Slump), Katsuhiro Ōtomo (Akira, The Legend of Mother Sarah), and Yukito Kishiro (Alita: Battle Angel).

This led him to start creating his own comics very early on. He was a finalist in several competitions during his adolescence, such as the Young Creators Competition of the Community of Madrid.

His passion for storytelling led him to work professionally in the audiovisual world, leaving comics for a while, until in 2014 he joined the animation studio Ilion Animation Studios, where he met illustrator Jorge Santamaría (an artist for Marvel) with whom he worked on the film "Wonder Park" (2019).

During that time, he took a course on the comic creation process taught by Paco Roca, which encouraged him to return to storytelling in this format. His first comic, "Chivato," originated as a short film script and was later adapted into the comic you can see on this page.

He uses both Photoshop and Clip Studio Paint to create his comics.
