Counting up used ammunition can be a hassle after a fun day at the gun range with family and/or friends, so how much more of a hassle would it be for companies, organizations, or agencies who have hundreds of employees that go to the gun range for training? This paper will explore the use of Python and TensorFlow to make a program that actively listens for gunshots and detects the caliber. Five of the most standard calibers, 22LR, 9mm, .45cal, .223, and 7.62x39 were used to test this idea.
