REFLECTION ON PRACTICE
My career highlights a continuous movement toward integration. In my 24 years at the NIH, I successfully bridged the gap between precise, clinical data requirements and empathetic, whole-person care.
PEDAGOGICAL GROWTH
Through my recent work with Walden University's higher education curriculum, I am actively evolving from a traditional instructional facilitator into an online community builder, ensuring that asynchronous digital environments maintain the rigor and high engagement of standard clinical settings.
FUTURE DIRECTION
Moving forward from my clinical retirement, my self-evaluation focuses on executing indigenous knowledge methodologies to solve health issues abroad while preparing the next generation of public health students to think globally and act locally.
