I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Research in Economics of Education at the University of Bern, Switzerland, and a member of the Swiss Leading House VPET-ECON and the Digital Society Initiative.

In my research, I aim to better understand how advances in digital technology, particularly artificial intelligence, affect the demand for skills in the labor market, how individuals interpret and frame these changes for their own careers, and how workers and firms respond in their career and training decisions.Â
