Christian Focus ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

Prayer Wall posts (submitted voluntarily to our community prayer feed)

We do not collect your name, email address, or personal identification unless voluntarily submitted
We do not collect browsing history or data from other apps
We use the information collected to:
Provide and improve app features (focus sessions, Bible reading, prayer tools)
Process subscription payments through Google Play
Display community prayer requests on the Prayer Wall
Track your focus streaks and progress (stored locally)
Fix bugs and improve app performance
Local storage: Focus sessions, prayer journal entries, Bible bookmarks, and preferences are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.
Prayer Wall: Prayer requests you submit to the Prayer Wall are stored on our secure servers to display to other users.
Subscription data: Subscription and billing information is handled entirely by Google Play. We do not store payment details.
Our app uses the following third-party services, which have their own privacy policies:
Google Play Billing – for processing in-app subscriptions
Firebase / Google Analytics – for anonymous crash reporting and usage analytics
Bible API – for fetching Bible passage content
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these services.
During focus sessions, Christian Focus uses Android's Accessibility/Usage Stats permissions to detect and restrict distracting apps. We do not collect, store, or transmit data about which apps you use. This information is used solely to enable the focus/prayer gate feature on your device.
Christian Focus is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
You have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you
Request deletion of your Prayer Wall posts
Opt out of analytics by adjusting your device settings
Cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
