Stephen Davenport is the Director of Christ Fit Gym Oklahoma. He was born in Nebraska but moved around when he was younger due to his father serving in the Air Force. In 2000, his family ended up stationed in Louisiana and this is where he spent most of his childhood. Stephen graduated from Airline High School and then went on to receive his bachelor's degree in Health & Physical Education in 2013 from Louisiana Tech University.

Towards the end of his senior year in college, God began to draw Stephen to Himself. He started attending church and then eventually found Jesus through attending workout classes at Christ Fit Gym. After graduation, Stephen worked with the Bossier Parish Sheriff's office for 4 1/2 years before God called him to full-time ministry. He began working for Christ Fit Gym in March 2018. 

After almost a year of prayer, Stephen and his wife, Jade, felt a calling to Edmond, OK to start Christ Fit Gym’s second location and to share the gospel of Jesus through physical fitness. Stephen has been married to his incredibly beautiful wife since 2017 and they have two children, Beckett and Madyson. He is a CF-L1 trainer and his favorite bible verses are 2 Corinthians 5:17 and Joshua 1:9.

Colton Cowley was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana. His love for sports and physical fitness started at an early age. He grew up playing multiple sports but decided in high school to focus on football. He graduated from Captain Shreve High School in the year 2013. Shortly after in 2015 is when his personal training career began. 

He and his wife Farah met at a Young Adult Ministry in Shreveport. They have been married for 6 years and together have two children, Camper and Zaynah. 

In March 2018, Colton started operating his own business teaching boot camp classes. Shortly after that, he was introduced to Christ Fit Gym & fell in love with teaching the gospel through fitness. 

In 2021 Colton felt called to ministry full time that’s when he decided to pursue his career by going full-time with Christ Fit Gym. In May of 2022, he and his family moved to Oklahoma to join the Christ Fit Oklahoma mission in spreading the good news of Jesus Christ.
