Delete Your Christ Connect Account
Christ Connect users can permanently delete their account and associated personal information.
Delete your account inside the app
Open Christ Connect.
Log in to your account.
Open the Profile tab.
Select Delete My Account.
Enter your current password.
Confirm permanent account deletion.
This deletes the user’s Firebase Authentication account and Christ Connect profile.
Request deletion when you cannot access the app
Users who cannot log in or no longer have the app installed may request deletion by email.

Christ Connect Account Deletion Request
Include:
The email address registered with Christ Connect
Your name
Your church code, when known
For account security, additional verification may be requested before deletion is completed.
Information deleted
When an account is deleted, Christ Connect deletes:
The Firebase Authentication login account
Name and registered email address
Profile information
Profile picture
Church-account association
Personal account access information
Community content
Existing posts, comments or messages may be deleted or anonymised as Deleted User where retaining the discussion is necessary for other church members.
Processing time
In-app account deletion is initiated immediately.
Email requests will be reviewed and completed within a reasonably prompt period after the account owner has been verified.
