About me

I am working as a Generative AI Engineer in the Innovation Lab of the Applied AI Initiative GmbH since May 2024. Prior to that, I was a PhD student in the Dialogue Systems and Machine Learning group at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf, where my research focused on dialogue policy optimization using reinforcement learning. I contributed dense rewards for sample efficient learning as well as enabled continual reinforcement learning to the field of task-oriented dialogue policies. I am based in Munich, holding a Bachelor and Master degree in mathematics from the Ludwigs-Maximilans University Munich.
