Throughout my journey, I've been very resistant to recording DJ sets because I believe they do not accurately represent a live performance, as they are easily edited or synced. Recorded sets are great for demos, but I always encourage people to see me play live. I feed off the energy of the room, the dance floor energy determines the tracks I select. I never program or select my tracks for sets prior to playing, they are always improvised.
