• Led the adoption of new solutions to transition to hybrid workplace through and post Covid. Partnering with IT and outside vendors; created, coordinated, and facilitated virtual All Employee Meetings to over 3000 employees.

• Managed and Led Enhancements process for enhancements to learning systems resulting in improved user experience.

• Learning SME for 4 years providing learning expertise, metrics, and reporting for internal audits and FDA inspections resulting in no training issues found.

• Work with co-workers at new manufacturing site to develop and assign training to manufacturing staff in order to have them trained, which led to quick FDA approval and launch of new site.

• Managed platforms that support post-Sales audiences, which includes customer/partner platform and training portal.
