Simply Modern Agile is the result of years spent leading teams through real challenges — upgrades, data migrations, database design, new development, and full Agile transformations. I’ve done just about everything two or three times, and I’ve made my share of mistakes along the way. But each mistake came with a correction, and each correction refined the practices that now shape this project.
I’ve transformed mature waterfall teams into confident Agile teams. I’ve built new teams from scratch. I’ve stepped into seasoned Agile groups and helped them sharpen their focus. Every one of those experiences taught me the same lesson: Agile doesn’t need to be complicated to be powerful.
That’s why Simply Modern Agile exists — to cut through the noise and focus on what actually works.
Too often, people are introduced to Agile through complexity, jargon, or tools they’re told to “just use.” I’ve been in meetings where the conversation derails into “I hate MS Teams,” and the real purpose gets lost. That’s stinking thinking — and it’s one of the first things this project eliminates.
Simply Modern Agile brings the focus back to people, clarity, and continuous improvement. It’s Agile that’s modern, simple, and grounded in real‑world practice.
