How to place an order:

The most efficient way to place an order with me is via email (chrisdocustomz@gmail.com) or DM me on any social media (all social media is located on the "Contact Info" tab above)

• Please be sure to include the following information when inquiring: 

• Type of shoes

• Your design idea

• Where you're located (city & state, only applies if shipping/delivery) 

Pricing:

• These prices with the shoes are all set as of right now unless I go up

• I can provide the shoes if needed, it’ll just be higher

• May change unless something is really simple

• It's half payment up front when I'm providing the shoes.

• If you provide the shoes, it will be the price that’s all ready set

• If there is a shoe that’s not already on the pricing chart, I will price them (I am not negotiating) 

Turnaround time:

•  Locally: 1-2 weeks maximum (rarely gets to 2 weeks depending on quantity)

•  Shipped: 2-3 weeks maximum (depending on where you stay)

• This may not always be the case depending on my work load, but if so I will let you know before hand. Current turnaround time is usually in my Instagram bio

• I am only one person so please order accordingly and be patient

Rush orders:

• As my turnaround time is usually firm, I do offer rush order or accommodate for certain deadlines if applicable-

• If local it helps if you provide the shoes if rush is needed

•  If shipping is needed, I do not offer anything less than 3-4 day rush

•  1-3 days: $20 (local orders & prefer shoes to be provided)

•   3-5 days: $40 (shipped orders)

•   4-10 days: $50 (local orders & prefer shoes to be provided)

•   1-2 weeks $60 (SHIPPED)

•  Anything come to pass a little over 2 weeks will be able to be accommodated to no cost. But, depending on work load there may be a fee between $20-$40

Do you have customs on hand?:

I rarely won’t have any most of the times just because I customize upon order. There may be times where I have customs on hand but they will be posted for sell on my Instagram. (look at highlights)

Will paint come off?:

- No, as each shoe is prepped beforehand and sealed with finisher so paint does not come off.

But be conscious there may be ordinary wear and tear like every other shoe. So how you treat your shoes is the outcome you’ll get.

Adding/taking something off after shoes are done: 

• From the beginning I will ask if you want anything in particular on the shoes. So I would want all details discussed so we can have an understanding beforehand.

• I do not do mock ups. Everything is based off the ideas we discuss and I put the ideas onto the shoes.

• If you'd like a complete freestyle, I will go over the idea before I start the shoes. Please be as open and honest as possible with my ideas
