Available by appointment for corporate events, private celebrations, and special events.
From the first conversation to the final service, every event is designed to feel personal, seamless, and thoughtfully executed. We focus on attentive service, elegant presentation, customized menus, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere tailored to each celebration. Catering Policies
At Ruiz's Flavors Catering & Event, we are committed to making every event smooth, delicious, and memorable. Please review our standard booking policies:
Booking & Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event. Deposits are non-refundable, and late cancellations may be responsible for additional costs already incurred.
Final Guest Count & Menu
Final guest counts and menu selections should be confirmed at least 72 hours before the event. Last-minute changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Gratuity
A 20% gratuity is applied to catered events.
Additional Services & Fees
Delivery, setup, staffing, rentals, extended service time, and other special services may incur additional charges. Applicable taxes will be added as required.
Food Allergies
Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when booking. While we make every reasonable effort to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Outdoor Events
Clients are responsible for providing an appropriate weather backup plan for outdoor events.
Confirmation
Payment of your deposit confirms your reservation and acceptance of our catering policies.
