Authors are invited to submit a 6-page manuscript (all included) in double-column IEEE format. Authors must follow the instructions in the Manuscript Submission Instructions page given on IRC 2023 website in the "Paper Submission" section.
All paper submissions will be carefully reviewed by at least two experts and reviews will be returned to the author(s) with comments to ensure the high quality of the accepted papers. Papers accepted by the workshop will be part of the conference proceedings published by IEEE Computer Society Press. Please only submit original material where the copyright of all parts is owned by the authors declared and which is not currently under review elsewhere.
