At Choudhary Hotel and Restaurant, our culinary journey is led by our head chef, who brings over 15 years of pure vegetarian cooking expertise rooted in the rich traditions of Rajasthani and North Indian cuisine. Born and raised in a food-loving family in rural Rajasthan, our chef started his journey by learning age-old recipes from his grandmother's kitchen. He later refined his skills by working in renowned vegetarian restaurants across Jaipur and Delhi.
With a deep belief in “Satvik Bhojan” – food that nourishes both body and soul – our chef focuses on using fresh ingredients, homemade spices, and slow-cooking techniques to bring out authentic flavors. His philosophy centers on cooking with heart and respecting traditional recipes while keeping hygiene and nutrition in mind.
He personally curates every item on our menu, from our famous Dal Baati Churma to rich gravies and fresh tandoori rotis. His passion for delivering home-style taste in every bite has made Choudhary Hotel and Restaurant a trusted name in the community.
