1) Acceptance

By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2) License and Restrictions

• You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app.

• Do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, translate, or create derivative works from the app.

• All rights remain with Nicholas Nikeforou.

3) Purchases, Free Trial, and Auto-Renewing Subscription

• The app uses in-app purchases/subscriptions to unlock Pro access.

• Free trial on first use, after which the paid subscription begins unless canceled.

• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends. Unused trial portions are forfeited when you buy.

• Auto-renewal: Renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends.

• Manage/cancel: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

• Restore: You can restore purchases from within the app or via your Apple ID.

• A current subscription is required for continued Pro access.

4) Family Access

• Subscription sharing: If your App Store product is enabled for Apple Family Sharing, eligible family members on the same family group may access the subscription; otherwise, each user needs their own.

• Board sharing: You can invite people to shared boards via iCloud/CloudKit; invited participants can see data you share (e.g., tasks, member names, emojis, notes).

5) Data Storage, Sync, and iCloud

• Your data (e.g., tasks, member names/emojis, notes, settings) is stored on your device and in Apple iCloud (including private and shared CloudKit databases) to sync across your devices and with invited participants.

• If you join or create a shared board, invited participants may access the shared content.

• Use of iCloud is subject to Apple’s iCloud Terms and privacy policies.

• The app uses App Group storage for local data and notification tokens. Push notifications may be used for reminders/updates.

6) Third-Party Services

• RevenueCat (in-app purchases/subscriptions).

• Apple iCloud/CloudKit (storage/sync) and Apple Push Notification service.

Each has its own terms and privacy practices.

7) Your Responsibilities

• Keep your device and Apple ID secure; do not jailbreak/root your device.

• You are responsible for data/network charges and keeping your device charged.

• Do not share unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

8) Availability, Updates, and Changes

• The app may change or be discontinued without notice. Updates may be required to keep using the app.

9) Disclaimers and Liability

• The app is provided “as is” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

• To the fullest extent allowed, Nicholas Nikeforou is not liable for lost data, loss of use, or other indirect or incidental damages.

• Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
