|| General Terms

By commissioning me it means you have read this document and agree to my following terms of service.
It is 100% your responsibility to read this page.

I only accept commissions from people 18 years or older. People who lie about their age are not my problem and I will not be giving a refund.
I have the right to deny service from anyone no matter the reason.
Commissions are for personal usage ONLY. (Message me about commercial usage)

|| Payment/Refunds

All payments are made through PayPal or Ko-Fi only! I do not accept payment through Cashapp, Patreon, or any other means.
Payment plans are only for commissions $150+ and will require $50 minimum upfront. All payments are nonrefundable.
WAITLISTS REQUIRE 20% UPFRONT!! Only exception being for long-time customers or friends.

I do not offer refunds after the sketch has been started. This is non-negotiable.
Canceled commissions after the sketch aren’t refundable. Please keep this in mind.

|| Changes

Concept/character changes are only allowed before the sketch stage.
If you change a character to one that is complex it will also cost extra.

I always give three free times to make changes. Anything after that will cost $5-$10 per change.
Changes that heavily change the concept after the sketch are not allowed.

|| Cancellations

Canceled commissions will not be refunded if a sketch has been made!
A commission may be canceled if a customer is extremely rude/inappropriate.
A commission may be canceled if a customer is caught being a minor.
If a customer is MIA for longer than a month a commission will be canceled. (Unless I’m notified)
