Terms Of Service

This TOS will apply for all commissions under the ChoqBun account

By paying for a commission. You understand that these will apply unless specified otherwise.

General Terms

Will draw: Humans, Humanoids, Anthros, AgeRe, Slight 18+, mature/violent content.

Will not draw: Heavy 18+ material, Ageplay/ABDL, hateful content (unless its vent art).

You must be 18 years or older, or have permission from a guardian to commission me.

If a child commissions me without parent consent. Terms still apply.

All commissions are a digital non tradable good. These are custom to you but will not be sent to you physically. 

Payment/Cancellations

For payment I will accept only PayPal invoices. Paying through Ko-Fi is not accepted.

Payment must be 100% paid before any work is started.

If you need to cancel a commission. Please notify me before the sketch has been completed. 

Once a sketch has been completed. You will no longer be qualified for a refund.

Any charge backs will cause an instant cancellation and will be fought. You will not be refunded in this case.

Commission Process

Commissions do not have a set turnaround time. Please plan in advance to accept that commissions will take from 1 day to 1 month.

I will update you on all commission steps. You will also be provided a Trello for updates.

The sketch will be the only step shown unless asked otherwise.

Please reply soon after a sketch is sent. Failure to due so can push back the process/completion time.

Once a sketch is approved I will line and color. Then render once the colors are also approved. 

Once the commission is done, please send me approval and an email link for the finished piece!

Changes to Art/Graphics

Changes are always welcomed. Please send me any pose/expression changes before the lineart is being started. 

Any pose/expression/major changes will cost extra if lineart is completed. Usually 5-100% of the cost.

Small changes or color changes are free of charge. 

Commercial Usage

Commercial usage is for anything that is being sold for profit.

All commissions being planned to use for profit please notify me. 

Commercial art will cost you a commission or flat fee. Determined by how much the product costs and how many are being sold. (Unknown amount will be based on the estimated amount.)

Commercial usage could include merch, paci centers, seamless patterns, graphics, and more. 

Business cards and other free products have no fee. (Like highlight covers, logos, and thank you stickers)

All commercial usage will have a separate TOS for you to follow.
