2.1. Personal Data
While you can use many features of the Application without an account, certain features (such as saving wheels to the cloud or sharing them) require you to sign in. We use Firebase Authentication (provided by Google) to manage user accounts. If you choose to sign in, we may collect and store:
Email address: To uniquely identify your account.
Display Name: As provided by your sign-in provider (e.g., Apple or Google).
User ID: A unique identifier associated with your account.
We do not access or store your password, as authentication is handled securely by third-party providers (Apple, Google).
2.2. Usage & Device Data
We may collect information that your device sends whenever you use the Application. This Usage Data may include:
Device model and operating system version
App version
Diagnostic data (e.g., crash logs, performance metrics) collected via Firebase Crashlytics to help us fix bugs and improve stability
2.3. User Generated Content
If you use the cloud features to save or share your wheels, the content of those wheels (titles, options, colors) is stored in our cloud database (Cloud Firestore). This allows you to access your data from multiple devices and share it with others. Local-only wheels remain on your device.
HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
We use the collected data to:
Provide and maintain the Service: Ensuring your saved wheels are available when you log in
Authenticate users: Verifying your identity to prevent unauthorized access to your account
Monitor and analyze usage: Using aggregated data to understand how the app is used and to ensure stability
Fix technical issues: Using crash reports to identify and repair bugs
Facilitate Sharing: Enabling users to share their created wheels with others via the Explore or Share features
Communicate: Sending important service updates or security notices (rarely)
DATA SHARING AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
We do not sell your Personal Data. We may share your data in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers: We use third-party companies to facilitate our Service, specifically Google Firebase. They have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Authentication Providers: We integrate with Apple (Sign in with Apple) and Google (Google Sign-In) to authenticate users.
Business Transfers: If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
DATA RETENTION
Personal Data: We retain your account information as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time within the Application settings, which will delete your Personal Data and associated cloud data from our servers.
Usage Data: Retained for a shorter period for analysis purposes.
Local Data: Data stored only on your device remains there until you delete it or uninstall the app.
DATA SECURITY
The security of your data is important to us. We use industry-standard security measures provided by Firebase (such as encryption in transit and at rest) to protect your Personal Data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER
Your information, including Personal Data, may be processed on servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction—specifically on Google's global server infrastructure—where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. By using the Application, you consent to this transfer.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Application may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
