Curiosity Over Judgment
Curiosity Over Judgment
At our Curiosity over Judgment workshop participants were invited to explore how curiosity can replace judgment - creating space for peace, creativity, and self-understanding. Through reflection, playful exercises, and honest conversation, we practiced recognizing what we can and can’t control and uncovering the root causes of stress for lasting change. The experience left everyone feeling lighter, inspired, and more connected - a reminder that peace begins with curiosity.
If you missed this workshop, we encourage you to join the next one. Each gathering offers new insights, creative exploration, and a safe space to grow in awareness, acceptance, and peace.
Jamie has a special way of creating space for reflection, the kind that makes you realize how much curiosity we lose as we grow up, and how powerful it is to get it back. I remember the moment she invited everyone to “become an animal.” It was playful and unexpected, but also deeply grounding. I’ve personally witnessed how Jamie shows up for people and is always curious, never judging, and deeply tuned in to the natural world. She has a gift for helping others reconnect with themselves and with nature in ways that feel both healing and real. Her warmth, curiosity, and ability to make everyone feel seen are what make her coaching and ecotherapy so special.
