This poster was generated as a tool to communicate, distribute, and reinforce the nuclear training department (NTD) Vision and Focus Areas for 2024. The three focus areas of Instructor Leadership, Line/Training Partnership, and Training to Improve Performance were identified through a focus group of department personnel, which was facilitated by department management.
Engagement Survey Analysis
In 2022, an anonymous comprehensive survey was completed within the training department at my workplace. Following the survey, I gathered the team to discuss the results and identify areas where the team felt we could make changes to improve employee engagement in the department. Following the group discussion, I collated and analyzed the results, which resulted in development of department focus areas for 2023 (see below)
