1. Introduction
Welcome to ChoirTool.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ChoirTool mobile application and services (collectively, the "App") provided by Nkwain Anthony Chianain (hereinafter referred to as "Newcoen," "we," "us," or "our"), located in Bamenda, Cameroon.
By downloading, accessing, or using ChoirTool, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
ChoirTool is a utility and educational application designed for Christians, choristers, and music enthusiasts. The App provides:
· A searchable database of choir songs and hymns.
· A Pitch Pipe tool for vocal tuning.
· Music theory lessons.
· A community feature allowing users to upload and share songs (masses, hymns, and spiritual songs).
3. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. When you sign up, we collect personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
· Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

5. Subscriptions and Payments
ChoirTool operates on a "Freemium" model.
· Basic Features: Free of charge.
· Advanced Features: Require a subscription.
Payment Method:
Due to the nature and location of our user base, we do not accept direct bank cards or PayPal.
1. Request: The App will provide a specific Mobile Money Number.
2. Transaction: You must send the subscription fee to the provided number and copy the transaction reference/ID.
3. Submission: You must paste this transaction information into the App to request activation.
4. Immediate Access: The App will immediately grant you access to the subscription features upon submission of the transaction ID, even before we verify the payment.
Manual Verification and Fraud:
· We manually verify transactions at a later date.
· If we determine that your transaction is fraudulent, invalid, or reversed, we reserve the right to:
· Immediately block or terminate your account.
· Permanently revoke your access to the App.
6. Account Suspension and Blocking
We may block or suspend your access to the App for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspicion of fraud, or technical errors.
· Accidental Blocks: We acknowledge that we may block you accidentally.
· Remedy: You agree that if you are blocked, your sole remedy is to contact us to resolve the issue. We reserve the right to determine the validity of the block. You must agree to this term to use the App.

· Upload copyrighted songs without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Newcoen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
