The Big Controversy between Gabby And FE GAMES
Recently Developer and CEO of FE GAMES ari quit developing Find The Chocolates (FTC) due to billing issues with the game owner (gabby) Many people have critisised Ari of copying the find the chocolates map into his new game Find The Sweets (FTS) Ari during an interview said that FE GAMES was registered on the game so they basicly own most of the stuff such as (Index, Chat Tags, Guis, Music, Tools, Buildings, Maps Etc.
Trademark Controversy
Becouse FE GAMES has control of most of the items becouse they are trademarked them so they decide if the game can keep them or not. Why did ari remove the items and he doesnt sell them anymore? yes its becouse he doesnt want anymore trademarking controversy. He deleted the items becouse he owned them. He made them. He trademarked them.
Sueing Status?
There is currently not a lawsuit happening with FE GAMES and Gabby. And there isnt much of a big risk that that is gonna happen so you all can be calm:)
