For book illustrations, website art, or any business-related inquiries, the following terms apply:

• A virtual meeting is required to discuss the project scope, style, and timeline.

• A contract must be signed before work begins to ensure clarity and protection for both parties.

• For projects involving merchandise or resale (e.g., books, prints, branded content), a percentage of sales may be requested — this will be negotiated based on the project type and scale.

⚠️ Note: Commercial rates are higher than personal commissions due to licensing and usage rights.

Payment:

• Payment must be 50% or 100% upfront before an illustration or animation will be started.

• If you choose 50% payment, the process pictures and videos will include a watermark, and the final piece will not be delivered until full payment is received.

Refunds:

• Full refunds are only available if the work has not started.

• If the piece has already started, a partial refund may be offered depending on the progress made.

Revisions:

• You have up to 3 revisions included with your commission. Additional revisions may incur extra fees, depending on the situation.

• Please provide all necessary details and references upfront. If you change your mind or come up with new ideas, make sure to use your included revisions wisely.

Usage Rights:

• Please specify if the artwork will be used for personal or commercial purposes. Commercial use may require an additional fee.

Timeframe:
